1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using xbcqfuscator ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

xbcqfuscator provides Lua code obfuscation services. The Service transforms your source code to make it harder to reverse engineer while maintaining runtime functionality across supported environments.

• Public hosted: Your obfuscated script is stored securely on our global servers and executable via an encrypted loadstring URL.
• Non-hosted: Your obfuscated script is provided for direct download without being retained on our servers.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not obfuscate malicious code, malware, or harmful scripts
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the obfuscation service
• Not abuse or disrupt the Service infrastructure

4. Payment and Tokens

The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go token system:

• Tokens are purchased in bundles (e.g. 5 tokens for €1)
• Each successful obfuscation consumes one token
• Tokens are non-refundable once purchased
• Failed obfuscations due to syntax errors do not consume tokens
• All payments and token purchases are processed securely through Gumroad via license keys

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights and ownership of your original source code. By using the Service, you grant us a temporary, limited license solely to process and obfuscate your code in volatile memory.

The obfuscation techniques, virtual machine opcodes, runtime interpreters, and Service infrastructure remain our exclusive intellectual property.

6. Data and Privacy

For non-hosted scripts, your source code is processed in memory and immediately discarded. For hosted scripts, only the obfuscated output bytecode is stored on our servers. We never store, inspect, or share your raw source code.

7. Service Availability

We strive for maximum uptime and reliability across our edge servers, but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, update virtual machine engines, or terminate accounts violating these terms.

8. Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xbcqfuscator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union.
