By accessing and using xbcqfuscator ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

xbcqfuscator provides Lua code obfuscation services. The Service transforms your source code to make it harder to reverse engineer while maintaining functionality.

We offer both hosted and non-hosted obfuscation options:

• Hosted: Your obfuscated script is stored on our servers and accessible via a URL
• Non-hosted: Your obfuscated script is provided for direct download only

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not obfuscate malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Not abuse, harass, or harm other users of the Service

The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go token system:

• Tokens are purchased in packages (e.g., 5 tokens for €1)
• Each obfuscation consumes one token
• Tokens are non-refundable once purchased
• Failed obfuscations due to syntax errors do not consume tokens
• All payments are processed securely through Gumroad.

You retain all rights to your source code. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and obfuscate your code.

The obfuscation techniques, algorithms, and Service infrastructure remain our intellectual property.

For hosted scripts:

• Your obfuscated code is stored on our servers
• Scripts are accessible via unique URLs
• We do not share your scripts with third parties

For non-hosted scripts:

• Your source code is processed and immediately deleted after obfuscation
• We do not retain copies of your source or obfuscated code

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Perform maintenance and updates
• Modify or discontinue features
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data or code
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service
• Performance issues with obfuscated code
• Unauthorized access to your scripts
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Due to the nature of digital services:

• Token purchases are final and non-refundable
• Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for technical issues
• Contact support for refund requests with detailed information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the Service or other users
• Remain inactive for extended periods

You may delete your account at any time. Unused tokens will not be refunded upon account deletion.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or service announcements.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with EU regulations.
